CD95 Rabbit mAb

CD95, also known as Fas, is a approximately 45 kD type I transmembrane protein in the TNFR superfamily (TNFRSF6). CD95 was expressed in thymus, spleen, liver, heart, lung, ovary and other organs. CD95 binds ligand (FasL) to form a death-inducing signaling complex (DISC) in cells to induce apoptosis.
