CD127 PE

CBI.124 is a recombinant monoclonal antibody that specifically targets CD127, also known as IL-7 receptor α chain (IL-7Rα). CD127 forms a heterodimer with the common γ chain of the receptors of several cytokines such as IL-2, IL-4, IL-9, IL-15, and IL-21. It is widely expressed on different subsets of B cells, peripheral T cells and bone marrow stromal cells. CD127 plays a critical role in the generation of memory and effector T cells as well as functional B cells.
