HK-CRISPR-Pom121-mCherry Cells

The HK-CRISPR-Pom121-mCherry cell line is a genetically engineered variant of HeLa Kyoto cells, designed for advanced cellular research. These cells have been modified using CRISPR-Cas9 technology to add a fluorescent mCherry tag to the Pom121 gene, a key component of the nuclear pore complex (NPC). This modification allows researchers to visualize Pom121 in real-time, aiding studies of nuclear dynamics and NPC functions.
