This cell line was developed using inscreenex's landing pad technology, which ensures precise and reproducible integration of the CXCR4 gene at a specific, pre-validated genomic locus. CXCR4, also known as CD184, is a chemokine receptor belonging to the G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) family. It plays a crucial role in immune cell trafficking, hematopoiesis, and serves as a co-receptor for HIV entry into cells.
