Transiluminátor na bázi LED pro detekci molekul DNA/RNA.

Modré světlo LED je stejně citlivé jako UV záření, ale nepoškozuje DNA separovanou v agarózovém gelu a chrání vaši pokožku a oči. Tyto LED přístroje byly vyvinuty pro použití barviv, jako jsou SYBR Green, SYBR Safe, MIDORI Green a další. 

Nyní je snadné vyřezávat fragmenty DNA z gelů. Nemusíte přitom nosit brýle. Zapněte LED diody, detekujte banda vyřízněte fragment DNA pomocí naší řezačky pásek z agarózového gelu. Vaše DNA nebude poškozena.

K barvení můžete použít ethidium bromid i jiná barviva. Raději používáme naše barviva Midori Green (Advance / Direct / Xtra) jako nekarcinogenní - méně mutagenní alternativu k ethidium bromidu.
